Accepted Topics
soothhealth.com covers content across two main categories. We accept guest contributions that fall within these areas:
Skincare Skincare routines for different skin types and ages, ingredient explainers and science breakdowns, product comparisons and reviews, Korean skincare and international beauty trends, skincare for specific concerns (acne, rosacea, dry skin, hyperpigmentation, aging), morning and evening skincare routines, skincare for men, skincare for kids and tweens, medical-grade and dermatologist-recommended products, SPF and sun protection, and seasonal skincare adjustments.
Self Care Self-care routines and rituals for women and men, mental wellness and emotional self-care, self-care ideas and activities on a budget, condition-specific self-care guides (e.g., managing rosacea, dry eyes, sleep apnea, or other health conditions that benefit from lifestyle and self-care adjustments), self-care checklists and planning tools, self-care Sunday ideas, self-care affirmations and mindset content, and building sustainable wellness habits.
If your topic fits one of these categories but is not listed above, include a brief explanation in your pitch as to why it would serve our audience.

Contributor Guidelines
Word Count A minimum of 1,000 words is required for all submissions. We prefer articles in the 1,500–2,500 word range. Longer articles are welcome if the length is justified by the depth of the topic.
Structure and Formatting All submissions must use clear H2 and H3 subheadings to organize content. Use short paragraphs (3–5 sentences maximum), bullet points where appropriate, and a logical flow from introduction to conclusion. No walls of text.
Tone and Audience Write for a general adult audience in the United States. Assume that your reader is curious but not an expert. Use plain language, avoid unnecessary jargon, and explain any technical terms you use. Tone should be friendly, informative, and grounded — not clinical, not sensationalized.
Originality and No-AI Policy All submissions to soothhealth.com must be 100% original and written entirely by you. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for AI-generated or AI-assisted content. This includes content written in full by AI tools as well as content that has been edited or lightly rewritten from AI output. We use detection tools to screen every submission, and any article found to contain AI-generated material will be permanently rejected. Do not submit AI content. It is not worth your time or ours.
Accuracy and Sourcing All factual claims in your article must be supported by credible, verifiable sources. Where you reference research, statistics, health guidance, or clinical data, you must include a working link to the original source within the article. We do not accept unverifiable claims, anecdotal assertions presented as fact, or references to unnamed or non-existent studies. Credible sources include peer-reviewed journals, recognized health institutions, established medical associations, and reputable news organizations with clear sourcing standards.
Link Policy You may include one link to your personal website, portfolio, or professional profile in your author bio. No self-promotional links, affiliate links, or commercial links are permitted anywhere in the body of the article. We reserve the right to remove any links that violate this policy before or after publication.
